"I experienced a distance healing session with Ginny on Saturday, May 14th 2022. I created a comfortable place for myself under her recommendation, diffusing oils, and playing light meditation music. We started with a FaceTime to connect, and then switched to speakerphone for the session. I felt very relaxed going into the session and had an open heart and mind to receive what God had for me. Ginnys calm voice walked me through the process. As she spoke, I could feel a sensation of peace sweeping over my body. I felt very relaxed and focused on what she was telling me, visualizing the energy body as she described it. When it was over I could feel renewed energy within my spirit. "I have been going to Ginny for private yoga sessions one day a week since last August.

I am so grateful & thankful for all she has done for me. The pain I was having when I started in August was gone by the end of October. I had pain for several years. I have seen many specialists, even going to Mayo Clinic. Once I had been feeling better for awhile, I was able to wean off of and decrease some of my medications. My specialists in Chicago said that was fine to do and to keep doing the yoga sessions since that seems to be working so well. My strength is getting better (but still working on it). "My yoga experience, and health transformation, began in January of 2014 when I found out my good friend Ginny was teaching a yoga class. I thought I would give it a try! What a difference yoga has made in my life! I feel more energized, flexible, and relaxed, all at the same time! After each thoroughly planned out power yoga session, there is no question I just had an amazing workout. The rest and relaxation sessions are perfect for observing that much needed alone time, which doesn't happen very often with a busy family. "I enjoy yoga because of how it makes me feel both physically and mentally. Physically my body feels so good after a yoga class. It’s a good workout that isn’t as hard on my body as others, but strengthens me just as much. I especially love when I can do things that I couldn’t do 2 or 3 weeks before, and I know I’m progressing. I love the way it gently stretches my body, and makes me more limber. When I missed class for 3 weeks I could tell a big difference in how tight my muscles were. I always feel so good at the end of a class. Like my body says Thank You. Mentally it calms my mind. It makes me aware of the body that God gave me and helps me to meditate on my strengths both physically and mentally, and focus on all the good things in my life that God has done for me. It teaches me good things about breathing and helping to calm myself when needed, and makes me more aware of my inner body and how I can make it work better. "Ginny, a certified instructor I can trust! I've been a yogi since 2006 so I've known quite a few instructors in my travels. Certification is key. She has dedicated her time and energy in taking the proper channels to become certified and coupled with her intimate knowledge of human anatomy through her career in physical therapy, you know you're in safe hands taking her classes. How I tense my shoulders and my neck and draw my body tight to hold on as if danger were approaching. "I’ve been attending Ginny's yoga classes a little over a year. She creates a welcoming, relaxing and comfortable environment.
